Nippon Belt

Flat-bed screen printing
Flat-bed screen printing is a traditional method of silk screen printing. In this automated process (as opposed to manual printing), each screen (block) has a fixed print area with a specific color and design. The printing is done repetitively on fabric using multiple individual screen blocks, while the material is transported through a conveyor system.
Advantages
- High print quality with sharp, detailed patterns
- Low production costs
Disadvantages
- Mostly suitable for polyester fabrics
- Low production throughput
- Limited color options in printing
Rotary Screen printing
Rotary screen printing is a continuous printing process where colors and patterns are applied through cylindrical rollers—also known as rotary screens. These rollers are placed above the fabric, which moves along a conveyor and passes under the rollers. Each roller carries a different color and pattern.
Advantages
- Can handle multiple colors with ease
- High production speed
- Seamless patterns
- Suitable for both knitted and woven fabrics
Disadvantages
- High production costs
- Not ideal for short-term investments
- Color printing is limited by the number of rollers
- Not suitable for designs involving fine or linear patterns

Nippon belt – High-quality rubber conveyor belts made in Japan, designed specifically for textile printing processes. These belts are engineered for improved performance and printing precision. They incorporate Aramid fiber, the same material used in bulletproof vests, high-performance tires, and jet engine casings.
Nippon Belts are compatible with both Flat Screen Printing Machines and Rotary Screen Printing Machines. The rubber is made from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), offering exceptional resistance to tensile stress, abrasion, heat, oils, and certain solvents. The belt also has a very low degradation rate, resulting in a significantly longer service life compared to conventional belts.
